Terrible
This place is terrible. The hotel is old and is very run down. No AC in the lobby. The room was terrible too. We got in late so we stayed one night and got out first thing the next morning. The room was dirty and in need of serious renovation and repair. I honestly can’t believe we stayed the one. The parking garage was terrible too. The whole experience was horrible. I did appreciate the responsiveness and the attention Vacasa took in responding to my calls and messages. I was on hold a long time but they ultimately made good and understood our concerns with the property. Not a good start to our vacation at all. We ended up at Myrtle Beach Marriott at Grand Dunes the next day. Save yourself the frustration and just stay away from this place! The price is good because it’s a wreck.
