Beautiful property with plenty of kid and family activities. Had a great time. Unfortunately housekeeping was poor or non existent. Consistently ran out of towels and toilet paper. Door handle was broken on bathroom so locked out for multiple instances. Reported and never repaired. Disappointing ….

We waited until almost 5:00 for our room to be ready. The hotel was damp, so damp our sheets always felt wet. The shower drain remained clogged the entire time even after they attempted to fix it. Cleaning of the room required a 24 hour notice which wa never expressed to us and even then they didn’t show up and I had to call again. Bedding was ripped as were the curtains. Unacceptable for the $2300 they charged us for 5 days! Never again. Will follow up on Yelp as well.

I do not recommend this resort. My stay was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable cleanliness and lack of service. The room smelled strongly of urine and showed clear signs of mildew and mold. It was clear that the space hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. Over the course of my 4-day, 3-night stay, housekeeping only provided towels once. Despite informing the front desk about the condition of the room, I was told that nothing could be done since the resort was fully booked—no alternatives, compensation, or even an apology was offered. This level of neglect and poor customer service is completely unacceptable for any resort, and especially frustrating considering the cost of the stay. I’m giving it one star only because there is no option to give zero. I will not be returning, and I would caution others to avoid this property until serious improvements are made.

First, when we reserve two rooms double bed each we reserved at the Caribbean building with Ocean view. But when we arrived they changed the room to a separate building in a basement where there is no ocean view with dump smell appears to be water damaged ceiling but over painted. We asked twice at front desk to get a different room but their answer was they can’t do in a very rude gesture. They offered to return the money but was around 5pm where we can’t go anywhere. Other customer besides as was also had the same issue.

I like the customer service, easy parking and quick check-in and checkout. What i didnt enjoy was most of the elevators weren't working and by 5pm they smelled like vomit. The Rooms were super clean but the main bathroom shower connected to the room wasnt really working & the safe wouldn't even close.

I tried to check in at 3pm and was notified that my room was not ready yet. The reservation desk told me that they would call me to come pick up my key when my room was ready. I waited until 7pm with no phone call, finally went back to the desk to find only one person working out of many available desks, and a line out the door of guests trying to check in. When I finally made contact with the person working, they said my room had been ready and gave the excuse of “being really busy” as to why they never called me. Maybe if they had more than 1 person working, like they did when I tried to check in at 3. Also, the elevator in the Jamaica building is inoperable, and the toilet in room 408 is broken because it does not fill the back after a flush. I told the front desk, but there was no interest. The doors are all ajar from the weather, which causes guests to have to throw their shoulder into the door to open it going into the room because the frame is swollen and offset from the doors. Room service does not make the bed, replace towels, sweep sand from tubs or floors, or anything really. They take your trash and that’s about it.

We were not in the towers in the pictures, but in a substandard adjoining property. Elevator did not work. They said to contact Expedia and get 50% off per night for the elevator being out.

The jamaican building is worn out. The tovers seemed better, that migh be the reason for hot and cold ratings. We called for maintenance and he showed up right a way. The slider door didn't slide properly, the shower head was clogrd too. When you are pool side they lock and unlock the gates with the pool hours. I don't see how this is not a fire code violation.

The property was very good for my grands, plenty to do. Parking is not for people who do not like parking decks. Staff was very friendly, overall excellent stay. Rooms have been renovated.

This property failed us. The elevator was it working & front staff failed to tell us at check in, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator. thankfully we are young & able to go up stairs. Freshly patched whole in the wall that was not dry, & patching on ceiling in our room which was cracking. Waiting for partial refund. Would NOT recommend.

The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive which was appreciated, especially when our electronic key pad wouldn’t work two different times after check-in. Housekeeping was minimal, as in no one ever entered our room, but when we asked for towels and for our trash to be taken it was taken care of almost immediately. The hallways, elevators and gym were dirty, but the pool area and other property was kept up nicely. Our room was renovated and newer and sure quiet when we slept. Overall it was what I expected for the price and a tourist beach town. I would recommend for families.
