Water's Edge Resort 211 - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

Completely renovated for 2021! Comfortable and affordable oceanfront two bedroom condo located in Water's Edge, Garden City Beach. This second floor unit has 2 full baths and accommodates 6 with 1 king, 1 double, 1 single and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Your private balcony from the living area overlooks the spacious outdoor pool and deck area to the ocean! Meal prep is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Also, there's a washer/dryer in the unit along with 3 TVs and building wide WIFI. Water's Edge also has an indoor pool and hot tubs available for all guests' enjoyment. In addition to weekly rentals, #211 is available for mini vacations and winter rentals! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Water's Edge is located 0.6 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 15-story complex offers a resort feel with two elevators, complimentary wireless internet, pools which are open year-round, hot tubs, and covered parking. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the sundeck or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which features a swim-thru to the indoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Water's Edge offers a heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Parking is limited and varies per unit size. One bedroom and two-bedroom units are issued one parking permit. Three-bedroom units are issued two parking permits. Garage clearance is 7ft. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. Water's Edge does not allow smoking in the common areas of the property.

Love Waters Edge

We stay at Waters Edge every year and love the resort. Unfortunately, they are still trying to rebuild from Hurricane Ian so the best parts of the resort were under construction. We missed the huge sun decks and pools, but enjoyed the beach anyway. We will be back next year!

Nice condo and property.

Clean and well kept. Only negative is dryer vent is attached to nasty water and blows lint everywhere. Balcony door was nearly impossible to open.

Great location and view. Furnishings and appliances need updating. Had an issue with noisy water pipes. More of a building issue rather than room issue.
