BEAUTIFUL FIRST FLOOR CONDO. Close to Beach, 5th Avenue, East Naples Pickleball. This Condo is located in a safe, gated community. There is a relaxing resort style pool and tennis court steps from the front door. Community room as well as exercise area a bonus. Gated community for peace of mind.
This condo is fully furnished and move-in ready. Kitchen fully equipped with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Built-in Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker & Kurig, and Stove. Dining room with extremely comfortable seating for 6. Washer & Dryer
Living Room with large, oversized couch, 2 oversized side chairs & Smart TV. Main level lanai off living room with seating.
The Bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds. Bedrooms have their own walk in closets and chest of drawers. Closets and drawers are empty for renters use only. Owner keeps no personal items in closets and drawers.
There are beach chairs, umbrella's, tennis racquets and pickleball racquets included
