Property was clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet attendants. My only complaint is that I thought it was located downtown, and actually went there first to check in, but they directed us to this midtown hotel. I had no idea there were 3 Cambria hotels in the area. This just messed up our plans for walking to all the tourist attractions. It would be nice if the websites made this clearer to avoid these situations. Otherwise, the hotel was a nice place to stay.

My bare minimum in any place I stay is a hot shower, clean & comfortable bed, and the ability to keep the room at 66 degrees. Checked the boxes. The design and aesthetic of the room was super unique, we loved it. Shower was hot. Huge mirror in the bathroom had a built in Bluetooth speaker which was fun. The view out the window was… not something I’d take a picture of but I wasn’t there to stare out the window. Overall I felt safe and relatively well rested. We’d come back for sure.

The hotel staff were all nice. Bathroom and room were clean and neat, good space too. Check -in however is very late, if you get earlier than 4pm you might check-in within two hours or so but you’ll be on a waitlist until your room is ready. The beds are really comfortable, after a Coldplay concert your body appreciates it

The staff was excellent! Paul was a wealth of information and really friendly. If I could base this rating on the staff it would be a solid 5.0! From the woman that was able to answer call when I arrived at the airport to the valet that was helpful with getting out of the lyft after a long day of boot shopping. But the room was not particularly the cleanest and there were food items left on the floor from the previous guests.

My gps had a hard time finding the hotel. Used Apple Maps then switched to google maps still didn’t bring us straight to hotel. Called reception three times. No one answered and left message no one called back. Loud neighbors at 3am called reception they knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet

Very nice hotel, convenient to walk to downtown (25-30 minutes), easy for Uber if you prefer. Only downside, no pool which would have been nice during extremely hot & humid days. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice size room.

Overall property was nice. Lots of room amenities. Views were okay depending location. There 4 days and no one came to replace towels. For this TN would have been nice with a small pool. Visited restaurant which was very nice. The king room was very spacious modern fresh. AC was on point! Uber’s to DT not to bad for two. Chic fil an and beer and wine place right on either side super bonus!

This was a great property if you are looking for something in Midtown or close to Music Row. I was a bit disappointed that there weren't too many options near by like a grocery store, but other wise, very convenient.

Great place to stay! Close enough that you can walk to some neighborhoods with awesome eateries or take a quick drive to them, but far enough that you don't have to deal with the loudness of broadway. The hotel was clean and very modern. The only thing I would suggest is offering free bottled waters for the room. Other than that, it was a great stay.
