It was an "historic" hotel and had the vibe as such. The room was one of the newer "remodeled" rooms, yet there was still more improvements needed. Just needed a place to sleep and it sufficed. Staff was friendly and greeted me all the time.

Location is good and cheap. It's under renovation and a bit old looking so should spruce up real well when complete. If you're keen you can walk to town it's not that far and it is what it is for the price. Staff were lovely and friendly so I can't complain, I got more than what I paid for in that regards.

Pros: The check in guy was super nice & informative. Our room was charming. Everything was fresh & seemed to be pretty clean. Shower was a nice size. The property is undergoing a huge face lift. You can see the new additions that were taking place around pool area too. Check out was easy & Tami was super sweet. The location was very convenient to the venue for the concert we attended. Cons: That mattress was hard as a rock! We couldn’t get comfortable to save our lives. There were 3 pillows on the King size bed to share between two guests. The toilet ran all night. Towels were threadbare & tiny. Both the door & AC unit had gaps where you could see outside. I give 4 ⭐️ rating since there’s room for improvements. What worked for us to block traffic noise was running the fan & playing ASMR on cell all night.
