Steps away from Nashville's famous Honky Tonks, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, CMA Fest, Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium, and the hottest bars and restaurants in Nashville.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor patio with a table and chairs perfect for your morning coffee. Our lofts offer the comforts of a hotel with the amenities of home! Watch a movie or whip up a five course meal with our stocked kitchen! Or hang out in the main lobby and mingle with other guests… You never know who you might meet! We Offer a 5-star living experience with 10 lofts ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Our larger Printers Alley lofts—which sleep up to 12—are perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, business meetings or group visits to country music events. Our smaller lofts are ideal for a couple's getaway or a kick-up-your heels vacation.

KITCHEN PRE-STOCKING is no longer an available service due to supply change circumstances. There is a grocery store and liquor store one block from Printers Alley Lofts or you have checked into the loft that you have reserved. For Grocery and Alcohol delivery we suggest Instacart and Amazon (grocery) and Drizly for alcohol. Please note that you must be checked into and present at the loft to receive the delivery as the ordering guest must show a valid ID to the delivery person.

Q. Can we get an early check-in or late check-out?
A. We’re happy to accommodate early or late check-ins when possible. Because we receive many last-minute bookings, we can only confirm availability one day before your arrival or departure. Unlike hotel rooms, our homes require nearly a full day for professional cleaning between guests.
Q. If we can’t check in early or get a late checkout, can we store our luggage?
A. Yes. We’re happy to store your luggage if we can’t accommodate an early check-in or late checkout. We won’t know if early arrival or late departure is possible until the night before your arrival or departure, as we receive many last-minute bookings.
Q. Is parking included?
A. Parking is not included, but there are several pay-to-park garages within walking distance. Average rates are around $45 per 24 hours. Upon arrival, our property manager will point out nearby options where you can book a spot.
Q. Will it be noisy since the lofts are downtown?
A. Our lofts are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. All have noise-rated windows, so outside noise is minimal or non-existent.
Q. ITS A 4 BR LOFT HOW CAN IT SLEEP 12 PEOPLE?
Our rates are based on double occupancy—two guests per bedroom. This four-bedroom loft includes a base rate for up to eight guests. We can accommodate up to twelve guests total (four additional guests) for $100 per extra guest, per night, plus taxes. For groups over eight, we provide one queen air mattress (with bedding and linens) for every two additional guests, up to a maximum of 12 guests.
