We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. “Andrienne's house was great for 3 couples with 2 young kids each. The baby gates, high chair, and crib were great, along with the play set for the kids. Very family friendly, would certainly go back. At night we were able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna while watching the monitors, and the reclining couches were nice to relax on. ”
