Golden Arms 502 offers an open, spacious living area with picturesque ocean views, comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and sliders to the oceanfront balcony. This condo has just been updated with fresh paint, new flooring in the bedrooms, and new linens. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside dish. The kitchen has recently been updated with a new dishwasher, new dishes, knives, a coffeemaker, and an air fryer. Meals can be enjoyed with a view in the dining room featuring seating for four with additional seating for three at the kitchen's center island.
Wake up every morning as you watch the dolphins play in the waves from the oceanfront master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and full bath with tub/shower and separate vanity so one can shower while the other prepares for a fun-filled day around town. This unit allows for one assigned parking garage space. Parking is VERY limited at the Golden Arms. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis and parking passes are required. Trucks and large SUVs will not fit in the garage.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see! JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon.
