There doesn't have a fridge in the room. Internet need pay 20 dollars per day ! Bed doesn't comfortab, not enough soft and not enough hard. That make my back hurt. We saw a cockroach when we eating breakfast in the restaurant. That is crazy !

Check in took over an hour and 20 minutes there's only one entrance in exit as due to construction only a restaurant for breakfast. No refrigerator in room elevators not functioning properly

everything was great, the problem for us was the main entrance was under construction so everyone had to enter through a side entrance. this was so inconvenient and made the “lobby” extremely crowded most of the time. hope it finishes construction soonnn

Lovely and helpful Reception staff, room sizes were decent for times Sq location. But the state of the property itself was pretty shabby. Entire hotel looks VERY OLD, there was No place to sit around the Reception(which was extremely crowded), the main entrance was closed (had to go in via side doors). Lifts need a revamp and so do the bathrooms. Windows of the hotel was so dirty you couldn’t make out if it’s sunny or cloudy outside. There was no restaurant, lobby or room service available and the bar downstairs was way too crowded to go have a drink. I took my family along to NYC and this was such disappointment. I wish there was a mention of renovations at the time of booking, I would not have booked this hotel.

Disappointing Stay at Sheraton New York Times Square I’ve always associated the Sheraton brand with quality, especially in India, so I had high expectations for my stay in New York City. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom even more cramped — the toilet and bathtub were placed so close together that it felt uncomfortable even taking a shower. Shockingly, the washroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan, which made it stuffy and unpleasant. Room service was subpar and slow. There wasn’t even a mini-fridge in the room — a basic amenity you’d expect in any standard hotel, let alone one carrying the Sheraton name. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. For a hotel in such a prime location, I expected much better service and facilities. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

The location was excellent. The king size bed was super comfortable! The downside of my stay was the noise. While sitting in the room on the 16th floor, it seemed like the windows were open. The street noise was loud. When someone was walking down the hall, we thought our door was open, it sounded like they were in the room. Please fix the seals on the doors and windows.

The Sheraton at Times Square has a lot of deferred maintenance and the rooms do not get cleaned well enough (dust collecting in areas that should be cleaned, at the very least, each time a party checks out. Blankets were super thin, they were more like sheets. Their check in process is slow and the receptionists are rude and you can clearly tell they don’t like their job. The reception area is dark, warm (in summer), their carpets in the common areas and rooms are super filthy.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a double room with two beds for four guests, but the room was so small, and the bathroom was tiny—it was honestly impossible for four people to share it comfortably. It was also really dirty—we had spider webs on the windows—and the room service was terrible. There wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom, just two bottles of shower gel that were somehow supposed to be enough for all four of us. We had to call and request more shower gel, shower caps, and toothbrushes, and even then, they never brought us any soap the entire four days we stayed. Their attitude was bad too. Seriously, don’t go to this place. The only good thing about it was the location—it’s close to everything. But you can definitely find better options for the same price or even cheaper. We only stayed here because it’s a well-known name, but never again.

No lounge to sit in downstairs. $30.00 a night fee for absolutely nothing. No transparency in pricing. No restrooms by the check in desk. Must use the ridiculously expensive restaurants on the premises. No fridge in rooms. Was told I had a 35.00 credit on my card when we arrived to use wherever we liked in the hotel. Tried to use it and was told should have used it the first day now we will charge you. A lot of smoke in mirrors in that hotel and facilities are not impressive

The staff was amazing! The room service ladies on our floor (9) were amazing & super sweet! The conceirge was super nice and accommodating! Especially the man working on Thursday night. The beds were super comfy but the pillows need some work. The only down fall for me was the long line to check in and the wait for the elevators!!! The elevator situation is a mess!! I would stay there again for the location, but hope the renovations are complete..
