“Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks.
