Escape the bustle of the city and settle into comfort just minutes from Gainesville in scenic Newberry, FL. Perfect for flexible, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments offer full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private patios or balconies. Unwind on nature trails, enjoy a game of pickleball or cornhole, or cool off in the resort-style pool.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
