    Furnished T2 apartment, air-conditioned, bright and comfortable, located in a quiet street between the Liberation and Iconic districts, a few minutes walk from the train station, the tramway, the shops, the Avenue Jean Médecin and the sea.

    Two rental formulas:

    - From September to May: ideal furnished rental for students, young professionals or people on professional mobility.
    - From May to September: seasonal rental, perfect for enjoying Nice and the French Riviera.

    The accommodation offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, with all amenities within walking distance.

    Student rent (September to May): €990 per month, excluding electricity and internet.
