OLD City in Style: Bright, Spacious & Comfortable

  • Located in the Old City, this unique place has a style all its own. 60 m², large living room with an alcove and a double bed (160x200), separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200), dressing room/storage room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, washing machine), bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on the first floor (US 2nd floor), you’re just minutes away from Saleya Square with its many local restaurants, the Castle, the beaches, and Garibaldi Square, which offers a direct tram connection to Nice Airport and the train station. The port is a 10-minute walk away, with regular ferries to Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco.

Cute two bed apartment in Old Town Nice

Great location on a quiet residential street. Close to shops and restaurants. Host was very friendly and was very communicative/accessible if we needed anything!

The place was very spacious and lovely as described. It is a great location, very convenient. We travelled during a very hot period - the place had one fan that worked well but not enough to keep the whole place cool. I had done a filter to include A/C - somehow that did not go through to the actual booking - not at all the fault of the property just flagging it is hot.

Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again.
