“Very pleasant unit! Cheery, welcoming, well-functioning and well-equipped in many ways. Comfortable – especially the mattresses, which my husband and I both loved. So nice to view ocean out one side and lake out the other. 100% reliable wifi which was important to us. Has a TV that we were able to log into with our streaming account. Also felt very safe here at the property, and in this neighborhood, and we loved being a block from the beach and the spacious, upscale boardwalk. Not just one but……

“This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here……

“Perfect beach house for a big familyWe had a great stay! The house was in a perfect location just one block from the beach, spacious, and fit my family of 15 comfortably. There were plenty of beach chairs, wagons, and toys, which made it perfect for the whole family.The only small issue was limited towels (1 per person) and missing shampoo/body wash. The host was quick to respond and delivered body wash and shampoo early the next morning.Def recommend it to families looking for a spacious home……
