“I booked a non-smoking room. However, I could smell the smoke even after opening the door for ventilation for a few hours. The cleanliness of the bed could be improved.”

“Close to the ocean that’s a good thing about this hotel. But the room was so dirty. They didn’t even Change the sheets and I found a dirty face cloth on top of the shower curtain just gross.”

“Sierra is an excellent host. The house was perfect for our four day stay in Norfolk. Great location. Sweet tree lined neighborhood. The house was very comfortable, spacious, neat and clean. The property has a nice size backyard with privacy fence and deck outside the back door. We would definitely stay again. ”
