“We had a wonderful time at the house, the pool was perfect for when the ocean was too rough. We couldn’t find the light switch for the pool light, that’s the only negative comment I can make. We loved it!”

“The place of stay was comfortable. There was ampleroom to hang out and the price was right.”

“The property is maxing, the beach is literally your backyard! There is room for two cars to park easily, although there is a rather steep curb right at the edge of the driveway which scraped the bottom of my car (my guess is it’s in case of flooding). The instructions were clear and communication was great. It was a lovely weekend. ”

“Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good……

“A perfect location and property for our group of fishermen who came to fish the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament. The property is conveniently located to the beach and the marinas as well as some good dining options nearby.”
