The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked.

Holiday Inn Norwich City by IHG
The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required

Marlborough Hotel
Room was clean and fine for a night’s stay. Bed was ok, shower good. Parking limited and we parked on the street which was fine after 6pm and on a Sunday. Was noisey in the evening and WiFi was very temperamental. Overall I’d say 7/10 but I could only give 4/5 stars as 3 would be a little harsh given ...
