“Very thoughtfully prepared cozy space. We enjoyed staying there with our two daughters. The o communication was excellent and check in and out very seamless. Location is superb if desiring to stay in Burton in the water. Beautiful, quaint town. Only complaint was lack of cooling. Luckily able to cool off at night with windows open. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The location was close to the high street and conveniently accessible to nearby attractions in the Cotswolds. The house was cozy and warm, making it a great choice for a family winter getaway for a few days. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved, such as the TV remote lacking batteries (we had to purchase and replace them ourselves) and the kitchen knives being quite dull, which made them difficult to use. These small points aside, we had an enjoyable stay overall.”

“Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. “The cottage is quintessential Cotswolds -- great place to stay with a family of four. Despite being a cottage, there was plenty of space for four w a lot of luggage. Very walkable with a beautiful ancient church at the end of the lane and good restaurants (Chequers is my favorite) a few minutes away. Parking is super easy with street parking on the lane itself (limited), main road 50 feet away (some), and long-term car park 200 feet away (a lot of spaces). We used Chipping Norton as a base……
