The nearest gravel beach is only about 400 metres away, with other bathing bays and rocky beaches also nearby. Restaurants, a bakery, cafés and shopping opportunities are easily accessible on foot, as are numerous leisure activities such as water sports, tennis or boat trips. The accommodation features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A 4-hob stove, refrigerator, sink, extractor hood, cooking utensils and crockery are available here. SAT-TV and air conditioning provide additional comfort. WiFi is not available. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All rooms are located on one level and are designed practically, ideal for guests who want to enjoy their holiday uncomplicated and flexibly. The private balcony with seating is accessible through the dining room and is well-suited for a relaxed breakfast time or quiet evening hours. A parking space is available directly at the property. The fully enclosed property offers a small outdoor area for shared use, including a barbecue option by arrangement. The landlords do not live in the house, but speak several languages and are easily accessible. Included in the price are final cleaning, tourist tax, bed linen, as well as electricity and water.
