Location: privileged position, in a quiet area, just 400 meters from the beach and the Marcelli seafront.



Description: recently renovated terraced apartment on two levels.

Ground floor: living room with dining table, sofa and kitchenette.

Patio on the front equipped with outdoor furniture and terrace on the back with table, chairs and washing machine.

First attic floor: double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning in the living area and in the double bedroom!

Pets not allowed.



The price includes:
