“A wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.”

“I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Tthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment. I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk. ”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in……
