Great location in OC!

Recently renovated, super clean house. Stones throw to beach. Nice designated parking space behind house. Would stay again for sure!

Hit the Mark for our Stay

Great place just steps from the beach. While we didn't get to take full advantage of everything it definitely served our needs for recent trip to OCMD for Ocean's Calling. Quiet (well was off-season!!!) and clean property. Propety was very well maintained, the owner was responsive to texts answering our questions and needs. Great location within walking distance to restaurants (definitely check out Shotti's!!!). If we make it back to Ocean's Calling in 2024 will definitely look to book again.

As advertised!

The space was great. Only complaints would be no dish towel, but there were paper towels, and no wash cloths. But I would highly recommend this space and we are thinking about the next time we would want to come back!

Ideal location

Booked for a weekend getaway. Short walk to beach and restaurants. The owner is very responsive. The property was very clean, updated and cozy. Thank you! Would definitely book again at this location!

Beautiful place on the ocean

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and in walking distance from a number of restaurants. Fantastic view. The apartment was clean and attractive and the manager was very helpful. Small issues, but .. I wish they had a little bit more lighting and mirrors, I felt that it was hard to get ready to go out as I had a hard time seeing. I also wish that they had a better frying pan and spatula. Cooking was a challenge with their really cheap tools. Not deal breakers, but definitely annoying.

Great Location!

This was in a great location. It was a quiet neighborhood and SO close to the beach. We could walk to the beach without much preparation because if we forgot anything it was a quick trip back to the apartment. It happened to also be right around the corner from our favorite crab place. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions. We would stay here again if we came back to OCMD.

Weekend getaway to Ocean City md

The location was great, very quiet and not crowded. Jenn was awesome about communicating with us. The linens and towels were provided so that was a extra bonus!! Great place to stay!!

Wonderful spot in OC

Jennifer is a fabulous host. Great comms, met us personally on check-in, was flexible and helpful. Perfect spot - locally quiet but very close to north & south OC. Parking on-site is key. Apartment was exquisitely clean, provided basics like linens, TP, etc (UNLIKE most other OC rentals). Decor nice & up to date. Beware if other properties in OC run by management companies, they won’t give you the kind of personalized service that you get at this VRBO!

Perfect location. Everything you need.

Awesome location, couldn’t be closer to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. 2 spots of off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen. Great stay overall.

Best-possible results for a last-minute weekend away!

Regarding location: Hard to beat! We literally watched whales breaching from the front doorway of our unit, and sat on the front porch to stare at the sea - so while it's one door away from technically being oceanfront, it's really, really close. We were within walking distance of even-better-than-we-hoped breakfast (Satellite Cafe), brunch (Barn 34), dinner (On the Bay) and ice cream (Dumser's), too. And the beach was perfect - lifeguarded but far less populated than other areas up and down the beach. Regarding noise: Great! The neighborhood was alive but not remotely rowdy, and even our next-door neighbors, who had small children, didn't cause any noise for us. Trash gets collected every morning, it seems, so we did hear that, but that isn't bad. Regarding the unit: Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed. Regarding the property manager: Excellent communication, very polite and thoughtful!
