CV9B: Net House B - Waterfront studio with screened porch!

This waterfront studio on the lower level of The Net House offers a screened porch overlooking the harbor, a living/dining area, king bedroom, bath, TV, wireless internet access, and a kitchenette with full refrigerator, electric skillet, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and sink. Our honeymooners most often request this studio.

Linens and towels are provided. No phone service. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna. Outdoor shower.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Net House A which offers a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and an additional master bedroom with a King bed and full bath with whirlpool with shower.

A harbor front deck offers amazing water views.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.

Net House B was the perfect place for a getaway for my husband and me. We loved the convenient, walkable location and the views are incredible. The screened porch was a delightful place to sit and listen to the harbor's night sounds. Net House B has a cozy floorplan and is a place we will look forward to visiting again.

We absolutely loved this apartment that is right on the water - even better than the photos. The ever changing light and bird action around the jetty was so relaxing to watch from the screened porch and the lounge. We also enjoyed the spa bath and the bed was super comfortable (and enormous). The only thing stopping giving a 5 star review is the noise of the neighbouring property’s pump/air con tgst went throughout the night. We didn’t need to use any aircon but the unit in the bedroom looks like it hasn’t been fully installed (while clearly not new) - perhaps if it wasn’t held in by cardboard and tape the motor noise would be less obtrusive.

The net house was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was amazing and we loved being able to relax and see the whole harbor from the living room and just crack a window and enjoy the breeze. Bed was comfy, couch and chairs were wonderful after walking all day and the tub was magic. Loved staying here and will do it again

Right on the Water

Fantastic location right on the water. Nice little screened in deck to have dinner in and gorgeous view from the living area. Only drawback was we had a very heavy walker in the rental about us that we heard until later in the night and a bit early in the morning..... even with that we loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat.
