“Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.”

“We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location ”

“The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. ”

“We had a great stay, Anna was very helpful and welcoming. Easy check in with clear instructions and the property was so inviting and warm when we arrived. “A reasonably kitted out house with a garden that takes dogs and is a short pretty flat walk to the sea - that’s all great! But being quite low it has a bit of a damp ish smell, there was a snail trail in the kitchen and there was an issue with something on the carpet in one of the rooms. Having said that, the convenient location made up for the minor gripes and we’d go again. Children would need watching going up to the garden though (which had good outside furniture).”
