"It was a fun day, even though one of the rooms had a bug in it, and the hot tub was not working, but the front desk was really nice and getting me a new room"

"The room was really clean. I wish I could have did the king room with the jetted tub but it was sold out or something something went wrong with the app. It was the room I selected but I ended up with just the king room non smoking. Overall My stay was great the staff was really friendly and helpful. My room was great. I've already recommended it to family and friends and I will come back for another stay."

"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"
