"We had a wonderful time when we stayed here. We booked the two room family suite which was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four, and made us all feel right at home.
We loved the gardens, beach and pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic and made our stay truly stress-free.
The only letdown was the restaurant reservation system. Twice, our reservations couldn't be found when we arrived, which led to some frustrating moments and waiting around—especially tough when traveling with hungry teenagers! Thankfully, the restaurant staff did their best to sort things out and still made us feel welcome.
Aside from that minor issue, our family had a fantastic time at Al-Bustan and would happily stay there again."
