It wasn’t cool enough, only one elevator working, not enough parking passes available

Only one elevator working, the glass doors to the pool were FILTHY, and we needed extra parking passes and they weren’t available, the overflow parking was sometimes totally full, staff was rude to people in our party about this issue.
