The location of the house was great and close to everything and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 10 people. The pool was nice but the hot tub never really got hot. The house is nicely decorated but not clean at all. There was old toothpaste still in sinks, showers were dirty and have mold in corners. I had to wash the 2 master bath mats because they smelled extremely sour when we arrived. The theater room wasn't vacuumed or cleaned. The cushions are stained and there were crumbs everywhere. Half the stuff we used in the kitched had to be washed first there was old food on everything. I had a question before arrival but no one answers messages on the VRBO app, I had to call after not getting a response after 24 hours. Also there were only 7 towels and 2 hand towels for the entire house upon arrival. I called and they brought some the next day but we had to remove tags and wash before we could use them because they were brand new. We stayed at another house the exact layout down the street in June that was so clean and well stocked so we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this house. The beds were comfortable. With the right cleaning company this house would be great.
