This unique home is among the most sought-after vacation/gateway homes in the area. The villa is perfect for the young and the young at heart who wish to bring together under one roof large families and groups celebrating all of life's wonderful moments such as vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, golf outings, sports competitions, corporate retreats, etc.

*Amenities* The bedrooms feature 14 different music genres, along with 14.5 bathrooms. The Music City-themed rooms take you on a journey to experience the full-universe of music like never before. Each room features a popular music genre, from rock to country, jazz, hip-hop, and so much more. It will be hard to choose a room! This epic 6750 sq. ft dream home has features unlike anything you have seen before. All bedrooms are custom-built and finished with the finest touches. With your own private two-lane bowling alley, you won't even want to leave home. Other games include pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, water truck, arcade games, etc. The living room features a large LED TV wall screen. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The house has 12 king beds and 2 kids' rooms with full-over-full bunks x 2 per kid room. There is a full-laundry room on each floor. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of full-sized washers and dryers. There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.

*The Community* This vacation villa is located in the charming Solterra Resort, just 15 mins from the Orlando-themed parks, including Disney World, and the luscious golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. Additionally, guests have FREE ACCESS to the 5,600 square foot clubhouse inside the Solterra resort community, featuring a fitness center, a resort-style pool with a water slide, a lazy river, pool side cabanas, food and beverage services, tennis courts, and so many more fun activities for the young and the young-at-heart! There is a Target supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Multiple restaurants, banks and other services approximately 3 miles from the home.

**POOL SPA HEATING***

Wonderful Stay

My Family and I enjoyed our stay at Cliff’s wonderful home. There was plenty of space tor everyone, as well as an abundance of activities for every one of all ages to enjoy. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in town looking to enjoy themselves.
