Great experience

Place was great and close to Disney world. Only downside was upstairs AC couldn’t keep up and was usually high 70s, but minor complaint. Thank you!

Great location/neighborhood, wonderful property, even more wonderful host

The neighborhood is exclusive but we felt very welcome at the guard house and clubhouse, the clubhouse attendee offered us all neighborhood amenities and was very helpful. The property was clean and cared for, and so spacious! Those in our party with work obligations easily found space to work while we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Chris, our host contacted us a couple of weeks before our arrival to make sure we had all instructions and was a top-notch communicator the entire time when we needed. Simply the most excellent host I’ve ever experienced! Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy and everything was thoughtfully set up for our stay. We LOVED the movie theater room, and we and our adult children enjoyed watching our fav family movies as quote-and-sing-alongs, so fun in that atmosphere… Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommend and we will be back

Celebration

My family and family friends had a wonderful time in this property. The house is spacious that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. The pool was a huge hit, esp with my 3-year old grandson, with the life vest for his size was so helpful, thank you. Chris is a wonderful host/manager.

Great host, great property, great experience.

The host was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had 10 people and the indoor and outdoor common areas worked well for that group size. The large bedrooms and other areas provided privacy when needed.

Nice stay

Location only got a four out of five because we needed doggie day care and the best place we could find was bass pet resort and spa, which was quite a drive from the house.

Outstanding Experience

The home and property were absolutely awesome. Chris is a great host, that went above and beyond for me and my family. Very helpful and extremely quick to respond. This was hands down our best experience staying at a home, We will definitely book with Chris from now on.

Disney Vacay

Great location with easy access to all Disney properties. Very clean and the owner stayed in contact before, during, and after our stay to make sure there were no issues. Plenty of room for everyone, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this for any large family.

This was a dream family vacation and the rental did not disappoint. From the moment we entered the community, to the ease of checking in and the amenities that were provided it was perfect! We have stayed at countless rentals for family trips and this one definitely tops the list. Chris was a great host and did an awesome job of checking in to make sure that things were going well.

Son Bday Getaway

I brought my son here so he could go to Magic Kingdom for his birthday. He loved it here. The hosts were very attentive, kind, and accommodating. It’s so many things to do in the home. There was also events going on in the office. The surrounding area has plenty restaurants, shopping centers and places for entertainment. Me and my family had a ball. I will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Family Disney Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. The house was very functional for our large group of 10 and we never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were amazing bonuses and used by one and all. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable, well maintained place close to Disney! We will definitely be back.

Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. The area is very nice, great restaurants and close to Disney parks which was the main reason for our visit. The neighborhood is very quiet which is very nice and we couldn't ask for a better host/owner than Chris. Thanks again Chris for an enjoyable week !!! Hope to be back in the near future.

The perfect getaway

I cannot thank Chris enough for being a great host. The size and cleanliness of the home exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was there. We prepared in case there wasn't enough, but actually brought home unopened supplies. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. This allowed all 7 of us to have some decompression time after a full day at the parks. Our host, Chris, kept the lines of communication open. If i had a question, he responded promptly. Plus he was really accommodating and hospitable, which is a rare find these days. If given the opportunity, I would go there again. We really appreciated you, Chris!!

The best stay in Florida

Me and my family had a blast it was our first family reunion and our host Chris was awesome to and east to communicate with , we missed our flight and he still worked it out for us to stay another night . Don’t miss this Hidden Jem at Emerald Island Resort .

Great stay

Owner is wasy to contact microwave broke and was fixed that day. Fridge ice machine didnt work but that was getting fixed after our stay. But owner was great
