Decorated in calming blues, guests will love relaxing in this home's upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Enjoy the use of a private pool conveniently set under a lanai, so everyone can enjoy a dip no matter what the weather is outside. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable indoors. The open kitchen features a French door refrigerator among its full-size appliances, as well as a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar that can seat four guests. In addition to everything at this lovely home, guests can also enjoy access to everything at the Resort Clubhouse - including the children's pool and lazy river!
The first bedroom of this home is just to the left as guests walk through the door. This charming room features a view of the front yard, and is set right next to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The other bedroom on the first floor is closer to the kitchen, just past the entrance to the pool patio. This room features an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom lies straight across from the top of the stairs. This spacious room features extra seating, a two-window view, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower. Out in the hallway, the fourth bedroom lies to the right just past the upstairs living room (with a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination just next door). The nautical-themed fifth bedroom is just down the hall, steps away from another full bedroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom in this home features a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV for guest comfort.

*Pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st. Guests must book for a three-day minimum, at a cost of $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heating is optional

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
