“The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager……

“This hotel was very nice, I traveled here from the USA to visit a close friend. The hotel driver Kweku picked me up at the airport late at night, despite my flight being delayed. He was very friendly. There is a staff member positioned at the front gate to ensure your safety and that no unwanted vehicles enter. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming and checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure I was happy with my room. I got the junior suite which was simple but nice.……
