"Beautiful resort. Very clean. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is stunning and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. The food was slow to come out of the restaurants, so best to book for a time well before hunger sets in. A great stay for families. "

"All the staff were wonderful. Our second time there and they remembered our names and couldn’t have looked after us any better. The Kids Club staff were brilliant (shout out to Isi and Tash) who cared for and loved our grandchildren each time they went. One of our grandchildren had their birthday while we were there and they made it so special for her, even organising a cake. Friendly and genuine. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Sigatoka is a 20 minute bus trip (for all of $2!) to get supplies and visit the market to grab all the fresh fruit you want. You won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back. "

"The Westin was an amazing hotel to stay at. We had an overwater bungalow which offered privacy and an amazing view. Having our own private pool was a definite added bonus. There were daily activities for us to partake in such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, crafts, and of course the pool. The staff at the Westin made a point to know our names and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. This was truly an amazing experience! "

"Dusit Thani is a premier hotel property on Tumon Bay. You know this as soon as you walk in and smell their signature lobby scent. Staff is friendly, housekeeping is good and the property itself is well-kept. Dining options in and out of the hotel are available. The music in the lobby lounge is a little loud for our taste especially considering it is indoors. It was not a scene for relaxing cocktails but you have the option to go outdoors, albeit sitting in heat and humidity. Views of the bay from the lobby to the oceanfront rooms are excellent. Pools are nice and refreshing and the option to use its sister property’s pool is nice when you’re looking for lounge chairs. Beach area is absolutely gorgeous. Will easily come back to this property when we visit Guam again."
