Keys never work, rooms are rarely maintained and often have bugs under appliances. The hallways smell awful and are stained everywhere. All the doors are unlocked and not secure to the outside.

It's a great place to stay! The owners have put a lot of work into it. The neighborhood was quiet. Great value for money. Highly recommend! Built in 1909 so lots of character.
