“We were unfortunate to lose our original booking but customer service was very attentive to our needs in finding a replacement, which was villa Isabella. This villa is stunning and had everything you could possibly need. The pool is the perfect temperature for a hot day and there is plenty of games to keep the family entertained. “Moi et mes 7 amis avons passé un excellent séjour, il était très simple de communiquer avec les propriétaires qui m’ont eux même contacté par whatsapp peu de temps après la réservation, j’ai pu avoir des photos supplémentaires ainsi que des conseils ! “We had a fabulous stay at Casa Palma. Very quiet area a short drive into Albefuria and all the amenities. Lovely and spacious with large bedrooms with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, great BBQ areas and large shady terrace. Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. We will definitely return.”

“Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa.”

“Apartamento grande e muito bem equipado.”

“Wonderful 2nd dtsy”

“No cummunication at all. Had to wait for another renter to enter property. Never received wi-fi code or and response from 3 emails.”
