"Beautiful, tranquil, peaceful. I was able to get a lot of writing done. Great sunrise and landscaped grounds. Efficient, comfortable bedroom, living area, lanai, bathroom. Well-equiped kitchen. Great location for artist. One level directly out to lawn, trellis, and pond. Native and fruit trees."
