On the ground floor: - a living room with dining area, lounge, and kitchen - a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and its private bathroom - a separate toilet Upstairs: - two bedrooms, each with two 90x200 cm beds - a shower room - a separate toilet Outside: - a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - a shared garden - a shared heated indoor swimming pool currently being installed, operational in August 2025 (Dimensions: 8m x 4m; depth: 1.50m), open year-round. Parking on the property. Authenticity and charm characterize this quality cottage with beautiful, cozy spaces perfect for relaxation. Bathed in beautiful light thanks to its south-facing exposure, the spacious living room offers a large, convivial dining table. Come and recharge your batteries at "L'Échappée des Fées," in the heart of your hosts' grain and cattle farm, close to legendary sites and the forest. You'll enjoy a pleasant, sunny private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The three adjoining cottages (35g150751 - 35g150752 - 35g150753) can accommodate a total of 15 people.
