~ 1st Floor King guest room with entry to the hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo and a 55" Flat screen TV.
~ 2nd Floor Master with a King bed, 42" flat-screen TV, ensuite bath with a jetted tub, and stand-alone shower. This room leads out to a private balcony with seating.
~ 2nd Floor Queen guest room with a 55" flat-screen TV and a private bath featuring a stand-alone shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony with seating.
~ On The Third Floor, there is a seating area with a sofa and 55" flat-screen TV, a minibar area with a sink and refrigerator, and French doors leading out to an extended rooftop sun porch. The bunk room has two Twin over full bunks and a 36" flat-screen TV.

Welcome to "ALL DECKED OUT" This charming Seacrest Beach cottage sleeps up to 14 guests. The freshly decorated home features new tile flooring, painted cabinets, custom-built closets, and dimmable lighting. The first floor offers an enjoyable open concept with a kitchen, dining, and living area. A guest suite is attached to a screened-in porch with access to a small backyard for grilling out or relaxing with a book. On the second floor, you will find a master suite with a large master bath and another guest suite, both with balconies. The third floor includes the second living area and wet bar, a large rooftop deck with seating for all and a bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds that work for children or adults and another full bath. Seacrest Beach has long been a favorite of 30A visitors, with its famous 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool just a two-minute walk away. The beach is only a five-minute walk (or call the free neighborhood shuttle for a ride).
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride, you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs from March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bathhouses, and ample lounge chairs to relax in.
NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community
Parking
All decked out has a 2-3 vehicle driveway.
NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 12:00 P.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
