BRAND NEW CONDO boasts one of the largest balconies in PCB with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and beside Pier Park’s shopping/entertainment/fun. “Gypsea’s View” offers a King bed in the Primary Bedroom with an ensuite luxury bath. There is an additional full bath in the hall. The main living space provides a pull-out sofa for guests. This unit is in a premier location that overlooks the pool. It is situated on the third floor, which is conveniently the same level as the walkover beach access and the crosswalk that leads directly to the parking garage.

Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive, luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero-entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for its guests to rent poolside cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boar's Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Towers I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again! It's located on the west end of the beach and within walking distance to the Panama City Beach fishing pier and the new Pier Park shopping center! You can walk to get groceries or to a nearby restaurant for dinner - no rental car necessary! Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot!

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities, including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. Awesome space

Everything was great. Had Everton needed. Kitchen has all appliances needed and everything needed to cook a meal. Bed was comfy. Had hair dryers, iron, and a steamer. The balcony was probably the best we've had in all the condos at this resort that we've stayed in. The condo was beautiful.
