• Condo is for maximum 6 people and resort management will provide wristbands to all guests which has to be used all times to use the facilities and the beach.

• IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.

•There are no fixed phones in the unit, however cell phone reception is very good for major carriers.
• Renters must be 25 or older. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay and deposit. ID and minimum age verification is reconfirmed upon check-in.
• 4pm check-in and 10am check-out.

• NO SMOKING: If you or a guest smokes or vapes, you cannot rent this unit. Smokers are not welcome - no exceptions. This is a strictly non-smoking unit / complex. There will be a fine, forfeiture of stay, forfeiture of damage deposit, and required reimbursement for all costs of deodorization (which could be thousands of dollars) if smoking occurs in the unit. This rule is closely monitored and strictly enforced.
• Every guest on premises must have a current wristband to access any amenities. Simply stop by the Homeowners Association desk located at the skyway bridge during regular business hours to pick up your complimentary wristbands for all . If after hours, onsite security will have wristbands for you and your guests as well.
• Parking Fee and complimentary wristbands: Splash Homeowners Association charges a single flat $40 fee for as many parking passes as you may need for your stay which is good for the entirety of your stay. Upon arrival, simply stop by the HOA desk in the main lobby area of the skyway bridge to purchase your parking passes (and pick up your complimentary wristbands).
