Relaxing and beautiful!!

This place was exactly what my husband and I needed! Beautiful home, short walk to relaxing beaches, great food close by…. Pam and Mark are wonderful hosts…. Checking on you every step of the way..we will be back!!

Vacation during hurricane

We arrived and found the condo very clean but a little small. Everything was there that we needed except we haven’t stayed in a place that small. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider it again to rent. The owners were very nice and checked on us a lot because of the hurricane and I appreciated that. They were wonderful to work with.

Graduation celebration!

We had an absolutely fabulous trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay -the condo is perfect and there is not a detail overlooked. The unit was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated and all the amenities for a comfortable stay - plus some! The property location is wonderful, with a sweet balcony overlooking the pretty pool and just a quick and easy walk to the beach. We were even provided with all the great dining recommendations and suggestions to make our trip just perfect. All the special touches were appreciated. We'd love to stay at this property again!!

Wonderful week at Inlet Beach!

We had a wonderful 4th of July week at FlipFlopsOn, and Mark and Pam are the most helpful hosts. We felt like we were staying with family! Their suggestions for family-friendly food and activities were perfect. The beach is gorgeous, and just a short walk from the condo. Anything you need is available on site. The condo was spotless. ( I have stayed in five star hotels that were dirtier! ) A huge selling point for us was the pool, which is well maintained and perfect for kids. Another plus is that all of the other guests were so considerate and friendly throughout our stay. We loved the decor and other amenities in the condo. Sadly, we think the space is better for couples or families with very small children. Our girls are 7 and 9, and by day three of seven, we were wishing we had more space. This is not the owners fault, at all, but just a misstep on our part. We used every inch of storage to our advantage but longed for just a bit more, especially for groceries in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great week and can’t wait to return to 30A. We already miss the white sands and Emerald waters!! Mark and Pam have a beautiful property, and are some of the best hosts we’ve ever had.

Great Value Condo!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is setup very well to maximize use of the space and the little details throughout show how much effort is put in by the owners. Our every need was met and they checked in on us several times during our stay. The beach was beautiful and we were blessed with wonderful weather, beach access from this condo is just a short walk! Overall, I have to say that this condo is a tremendous value for anyone looking to stay in this area as a couple or small family. The owners were also very accommodating in working with us to reschedule, as our original visit was scheduled for October but had to be postponed due to work obligations related to a tropical system in our area. We definitely have this one on the list to visit again in the future!

Perfect in EVERY single detail!

I’ve stayed in a few VRBOs some have been good, some have been great... this was the BEST one ever! It was clean, and lots is little personal touches. Communication, recommendations, amenities... everything you need is there. I cant say enough nice things about this place. Definitely, we will go back! Great location to Rosemary and 30a area w/o the large crowd. The beach is steps away, and it’s clean. Thanks, Mark and Pam for providing a wonderful, relaxing VRBO! ❤️☺️

Lovely family vacation

Can’t go wrong with this location! We love this area of Florida beaches and had perfect weather all week. Pam and Mark were excellent hosts, quick to respond to our questions and concerns and the studio apartment was very clean and well kept. The only frustration we had all week was the listing says 1 bedroom but should be listed as a studio. The rental had everything we needed for a lovely family beach vacation and a short distance to 30A. The pool was great too! Added bonus: Walls were well insulated so we never heard noise from our neighbors. We would highly recommend this rental!

Awesome place, even more awesome owners

Staying at Flip Flops On was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The owners, Mark and Pam, are absolutely amazing! They made the uncertainty of the short term rental ban and not knowing when or if it would be lifted much less stressful by communicating with us practically every day for the week before our stay was scheduled. And, once is was lifted, the check-in and out was super easy. The unit was absolutely beautiful and supplied with everything needed to have an amazing time at the beach. If I could’ve given ten stars, they would definitely have gotten them. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me about places to stay and people to deal with. Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

I loved this property the first moment I saw the pictures online! It was just as beautiful in person and I loved the proximity to the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with. They promptly answered all of my questions ahead of time and checked in with me every day once I arrived. They even let me check in early the day I flew in from IL! It was perfect and I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect little beach condo!

All the great amenities you want in a quiet section of 30A

Beautiful, comfortable, clean place that exactly matches the pics online. Beach access is literally a block down the street onto a quiet section of Inlet beach. We went labor day week and there were only a few others at the beach. Condo complex is small and quiet - we only saw one other person at the pool all week. Plenty of parking. Comfy bed, spacious couch, large TV with cable, Netflix and Hulu, lovely private balcony with seating that overlooks the pool. Balcony stocked with all the beach equipment you could want (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a large cooler bag, a bag full of beach shovels, buckets, etc, 2 pool noodles and a large inter-tube). Well-stocked kitchen all the basics including coffee/tea/hot chocolate, basic spices and oil, a dishwasher, foil and plastic wrap, plus two Corkcicle water bottles to keep your drinks cool at the beach. There's one washer/dryer for community use (free) down by the pool and a grilling area available. We had a great time on the two free bikes riding up and down the walking/cycling trail along 30a. The condo is a couple blocks east of where 30a ends - about a 10 min bike ride into Rosemary Beach. We easily rode all the way down to Alys beach but decided to drive to places further west, such as the Hub and Seaside. The owners were super responsive and checked on us multiple times, plus offered tons of suggestions on restaurants and activities in their guidebook. The guests before us had a flat tire on one of the bikes, and they rented us a replacement bike to use for the week! Keypad door lock made check-in and coming/going a breeze. The studio is perfect for a couple or a couple with children in the bunk beds. More than 2 adults may feel crowded. One small roll of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher tablets, and 2 tide pods were provided as starters, along with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per person (we would have liked more), although there were 4 beach towels. Overall, it was perfect for the two of us and we'll definitely be back!

Little haven RIGHT on the beach!!!

It was hands down the most thoughtful rental we have ever stayed in. Mark and Pam checked in with us throughout our entire stay and it was stocked with everything we needed. Not to mention, it was so darn ADORABLE! It really set the tone for the rest of the vacation and felt like you were in your own (very chic) home. Love!!

WOW! I love it. My kind of place...

As my title implies this is a WOW property. From the moment you walk in you notice how fresh and clean it is. The love and attention the owners put into every detail of this place is very obvious. Having a clean and beautiful unit is a big part of the enjoyment of any vacation. I feel like we didn't just rent a room but we were guests, at Pam and Marks place! A big thank you to the owners. Future guests, please keep this place nice and clean for our return! :)
