“Unit is modern and clean. Host is very responsive, provided everything I needed, and very helpful with any issues. Easy check in process. Amenities like gym in building closes at night. Can get a bit noisy inside unit with sirens outside, loud cars, and neighbor next door doing construction. Hot water sometimes goes off and elevator doesn't work if there's a power outage. Visitor parking is limited in building and not always available. Overall good place to stay and host is very kind. ”

“This is a great place to stay in downtown.
The place was neat and tidy with all essentials for a good two week stay. Roman is a great host. He responded to queries and asks in no time. I would definitely recommend to this to anyone wanting to stay in downtown.”

“Positives: Property was exactly as shown in the images. massive one bedroom apartment with functional kitchen, island bench and large living area. Location is perfect, close to sporting arenas, theatres, King West and Queen West shopping and entertainment. The property manager, Juan, was very responsive and easy to deal with.
Negatives: Only negative is the blinds in the bedroom for some reason are not full length, making it hard to sleep without an eye mask.”
