“My cousins and I wanted a place to gather for a small family reunion around the Lisbon half marathon and this apartment was the perfect home away from home. The apartment is very well situated, has beautiful high ceiling, nice living space and big rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice and even if we did not cook, I can see myself cooking there. It’s close to all main attractions, and restaurants so it can be noisy, but that’s the neighborhood and it’s quickly forgotten sitting in the……

“I highly recommend this accommodation in prime Lisbon. This was my first time in Portugal, starting in Lisbon. The location is right in the heart of a ton of bars, restaurants, and a hop & skip away from the Time Out Market. The train station is super close as well, which proved helpful for our day trip to Sintra. It was an added bonus to be located in the same building as the Java rooftop as well. We loved the location - right in the heart of the city and with many attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The communication with the agency was always quick and friendly and they made our stay very easy and pleasant. We would book it again. ”

Problem for me as a female solo traveler was the fact there were about 15-30 homeless? men from morning to late evening every day; I didn‘t feel safe walking up the little hidden street. WIFI login after I asked for it but ALTIDO replied immedately so it wasn‘t a big deal.”

“The property was exactly as explained and was perfect for our three nights in Lisbon. Several cafes and restaurants surround the location and about one block away is a spot for amazing sunrise photos. We met the owner at he small cafe (only a few minutes away) and she was very gracious. One thing I will mention which I found endearing, but should be known by those over six feet tall, is that the front door way is very short so watch you head. Haha.
