“My wife and I stayed at the Cozy Cabin on Lake Front for 4 nights while visiting Indianapolis for the LIV golf event. The accomodations were excellent and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Aaron was very helpful in helping us out with any questions that we had before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The cabin, yard and hot tub were very well maintained and clean. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is an awesome location. It’s close to campus for games and other IU activities but located in a more rural setting that makes you feel like you’re getting away from it all. Very close to Butler winery which we visited and enjoyed. Host responded right away to any question. We will book again!”

“Lovely comfortable home. Beautiful grounds. Peaceful with walking paths and beautiful trees. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to Depauw. Nice restaurants in nearby Greencastle. My host was gracious and responsive. Highly recommend When we return to this area next spring, we defitnitly check availability.”

“Cabin was just as advertised. It was very clean. No bugs, no cobwebs. Air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave worked perfectly. Perfect for our dogs too!”

“We loved our stay and how quiet it was. Bed wasn’t that comfortable (hard mattress) and we found some trash and a shirt that looked like someone used for private time under a mattress (we disposed of it). But overall it was very homey feeling and we most likely will go again but use an air mattress. We did like they had out houses and there where lights so if you had to go to the bathroom at night you could see where your going and around you. To shower at the bathhouse you have to pay for it. ……

“We had a wonderful stay. It was everything they said it was. We were looking for a secluded place to stay and it was indeed secluded. Beautiful, picturesque, quiet. The dogs loved being able to roam the property and use the creek to cool down. ”

“Perfect getaway. Guest house had everything we needed and more. Pool area was great. Night swimming is a must! We would for sure return if ever in the area. ”

“Property was very nice; some renovations going on but we were able to spread out and each have a private area to get some space. The pool was clean and nice and so was the hot tub! Upstairs was a bit hot, but the fans provided do help. Beds are comfortable. Lots of nice amenities included like a fully stocked kitchen. Game room was a fun addition, I wish we’d used it more! A unique property in a quiet and safe area.”
