Located at the highly desirable Silver Star base area, Silver Star Vista has everything your group is looking for in a vacation accommodation. Steps away from the ski lift that runs during both summer and winter months, there is something to do all year long. The Park City Golf course is also located across the street for the golfers in your group!

Enjoy a feeling of private access by loading up on Silver Star lift in the morning and coming home to a group pool and hot tub in the community access on the main level. If you are not feeling social, unwind at the end of the day in your own private hot tub on the balcony of this beautiful condo.
The kitchen is finished will all high-end appliances for those early morning breakfasts and relaxing evening dinners. An oversized refrigerator will allow you to stock up for the whole family, and load the dishes in the dishwasher when you head out for the day.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large ensuite bathroom for two, including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All lines are top of the line to ensure a full nights rest. The Queen Suite guest room has its own ensuite bathroom as well and located across the unit from the master bedroom. Adjacent to the Queen Suite is the Bunk room, which comfortably sleeps 4 people all in their own twin beds. There is also an ensuite bathroom for the bunk room, to ensure everyone has their own space.

Silver Star continues to remain one of the best places to central locate yourself during your stay to park city, with free public transportation at the bottom level accessed via the elevator. A private ski locker for the condo as well as shared amenities throughout. Ski and bike rentals are available across the patio from the Silver Star Cafe which are all located on property. House Rules:

🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Mountain Time)
Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and approved in writing. Additional fees apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at $50 per hour.

👤 RESERVATION HOLDER
The primary guest must be 21 years or older, present during the stay, and accept responsibility for all guests and actions on the property. A valid government-issued ID may be requested at any time before or during the stay.

🔇 NOISE & OCCUPANCY
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Strictly Enforced) per Summit County law and local HOA rules. No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number listed in your reservation unless otherwise approved in writing, If the number of guests exceeds the reservation count without written approval, a fee of $85 per unauthorized guest per night may be charged to the primary reservation holder, and APRÈS may cancel your reservation with no qualifying refund.

🚭 SMOKING / VAPING
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside or on property grounds.
A minimum $500 fine applies for any odor, evidence, or damage caused by smoking.

🚫 PARKING & VEHICLES
Street parking is PROHIBITED, unless otherwise noted. All vehicles must be parked in the garage, driveway, or assigned spaces. Guests are responsible for any towing, HOA fines, or violations related to improper parking. Many neighborhoods are actively monitored by the HOA and private security.

🐾 PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to arrival.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 violation fee.
Service animals MUST be disclosed to host, PRIOR to arrival per ADA requirements; no additional fees apply to qualified service animals.

🛋️ HOME CARE & FURNITURE
Do not move indoor furniture. Damage or repositioning will result in a re-staging or repair fee.
Outdoor furniture may be repositioned but must be returned to original placement before check-out.
Do not hang towels or clothing on railings, decks, or furniture. Use hooks or designated drying racks if available.

🌡️ HVAC & ENERGY USE (if applicable)
Do not leave windows or doors open while using the heat or air conditioning (if amenity is applicable).
Adjust thermostats no more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Failure to follow this may cause system damage and result in service/repair charges if negligence is determined.

🚽 TOILET USE & PLUMBING
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials.
Guests will be charged for plumbing services caused by misuse or clogging.

🧺 DAMAGE TO LINENS / TOWELS
Guests will be charged for any damaged or stained items that cannot be restored:
- Duvet Insert: $85
- Duvet cover: $45
- Sheet (fitted, flat, etc): $35
- Pillow: $30
- Pillowcase (pair): $20
- Bath Towel: $20
- Hand Towel/Face Towel: $15
- Washcloth/Hand Towel: $10
- Bath floor-mat: $10
Common issues include: makeup stains, tanning products, pet hair, blood, or bleach damage.

🧼 CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
The home will be professionally cleaned before arrival. If anything is not up to standard, please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival If we are not notified within the first 24 hours, we will assume the home was received in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning during your stay may be available for an added fee, or mid-stay cleans based on availability with 48-hour advance notice. Excessive mess left at check-out may result in additional cleaning charges.

♨️ HOT TUB / SPA USE (if applicable)
No food, glass, or oils/lotions allowed in hot tubs.
Children under 12 must be supervised.
Misuse that requires draining, cleaning, filter replacement, or repair will result in a $450 fee (with documentation).
Use of hot tubs is at your own risk. Guests waive host liability by choosing to use these amenities.

🔐 SECURITY CAMERAS & SAFETY
Exterior security cameras may be present at entrances, driveways, or garages.
Cameras are for guest safety, occupancy enforcement, and property protection.
There are no cameras inside the home.

🗑️ TRASH & DISPOSAL
All trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins.
Bags left outside or on the ground (not in bins) may result in a $85 disposal fee.
If bins are full, please notify us during your stay.

📦 MAIL / DELIVERIES
Mailbox access is not available. We do not hold mailbox keys, and we cannot retrieve or forward mail.

⚖️ LIABILITY & DAMAGE REPORTING POLICY
Guests may be charged for any damage, violation, or misuse beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are required to report any existing damage or concerns within the first 24 hours of arrival. Failure to do so will imply that the property was received in satisfactory condition, and any unreported issues may be assumed to have occurred during the stay. Guests must report all accidental damage prior to check-out. Unreported damage found after departure may be billed to the primary reservation holder. Management reserves the right to enter the property during emergencies or to resolve urgent issues. Violation of any house rule may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

📜 LOCAL ORDINANCE & HOA COMPLIANCE
Guests are required to comply with all local ordinances, HOA rules, and community guidelines in addition to these house rules. Violations may result in fines, removal from the property, or legal action.

📽️ COMMERCIAL USE & LIABILITY WAIVER
The home may not be used for commercial activities, retreats, photo shoots, or events without prior written approval. Guests agree to hold APRÈS Vacation Homes and the property owner harmless from any claims or liability related to injury, loss, or damages during their stay.

❄️ WINTER SAFETY NOTICE
During winter months, guests are advised to use caution on icy walkways, decks, and driveways. Snow and ice may accumulate quickly. APRÈS provides snow removal as needed, but guests assume all risk related to slips and falls due to changing weather conditions. Snow removal will happen once per day, the host is not responsible for excessive snow inconvenience.

🧳 LOST & FOUND
APRÈS Vacation Homes is not responsible for personal items left behind. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items, but shipping costs are the guest's responsibility via a pre-paid label and $45 admin fee.

💻 WIFI & TECHNOLOGY
Internet and smart features (WiFi, smart TVs, streaming services, etc.) are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally experience outages. No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by local service providers or power issues beyond our control.

Great location and plenty of room! Very, very clean!! Property management was very responsive with hot tub and grill issues.Only cons were there were children staying above us and could hear them running back and forth in the morning and blender didn’t work.Overall a great stay and would stay there again!

Condo was nice, however guests on top if us were very noisy for three consecutive nights, requiring us to call the office (no real help from them) and the last night yell up to them to turn down the party at 1am. Parking garage was closed mid-stay with zero notice, locking the car and us in underground. Unsafe and very frustrating. Solution was to park 1/4 mile away in a public lot for the remaining 4 days of the trip. Communication with rental company has been good, and they have offered to make things right with a discount on a future rental. Not sure when we will be back, but the offer was sincere.Disappointing stay, but maybe just a one off experience.

Comfortable family stay

Check in and finding the unit was a little tricky at first, but after that everything was great. Garage/unit access, location to the village and the mountain actiivty were very convenient. Unit finishes are soild and well made & clean, plenty of clean towels and bedding. The only "misleading" bonus is that there are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom (not just one set pictured).

Family ski trip

We had a fantastic time staying here at Silver Star! It was our first trip to Park City and we loved it! The condo size and layout were perfect for two families with two teenage/adult boys each. The two king en suite masters were great, and the bunk room fit all four boys comfortably with their own en suite bathroom as well. The location of the condo was steps from the Silver Star lift, which was super convenient. And the Silver Star shuttle was awesome - the app was great and was like we had our own personal Uber service to take us around town! The communication with the property management company was excellent as well - they were very responsive through text and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The kitchen was great for cooking big family meals, but was lacking a few things. - mainly regular drinking cups. We also had a minor parking mixup where we were told we didn’t need a parking pass in the garage, but then we got a ticket. It was easily corrected, but frustrating since we specifically confirmed this. Also, with two families with two cars, one had to park outside in the designated lot. It wasn’t too far of a walk though. Cleanliness was good, but one set of sheets needed to be washed and some of the pans were greasy. Everything else was great though, and we really enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and fireplace. Would stay again!

Family ski trip

Super roomy and very nice place. Short walk to the Silver Star lift and highly recommend grabbing lunch or dinner at the Silver Star Cafe nearby. Make sure to take advantage of the Silver Star shuttle service. Very convenient.

Comfortable and well equipped

We had a great time. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels available for hot tub. Silver Star Lift and corresponding trails were closed during our stay, so we couldn’t ski in/out but that’s beyond the hosts control. Shuttle was available but took a long time during peak hours.

Great summer week in Park City

Place was huge! So spacious and luxurious for a rental! Kitchen was amazing. Bedrooms were nice but mattresses pretty soft and worn. Key code lock on the door can be a bit touchy and not always line up right (and therefore lock) but we got the hang of it after a few days and it was never an issue again. Location was great as well for Summer activities I would highly recommend this unit

Beautiful Condo

It was a great condo and great location. The people above us during our stay were super noisy . Condo is a great set up. Bought some trash bags and ziplocks for next customer. Other than those items it was stocked great!!! The lift opened mid week so that was very convenient!

Could have used better instructions on opening front door code also better instructions on fire place. Dryer knob was broken when we got here and couldn’t get it started. Also had issues with the Wi-Fi working.

Very convenient

This was our fourth time staying in Silver Star, we love the convenience and all the amenities. This unit was nice- not as well taken care of as past units we have stayed in, but it worked out. The dishwasher was broken which was an inconvenience and the property managers pretty much said we were out of luck. Not the end of the world but I would have thought with the premium we paid that the management company would have done something. My only other complaint was how dusty the place was. To summarize- Very high prices but very convenient.
