“This is probably the best Hilton I have stayed in over 10 years. The hotel is managed to perfection. While the facility is exceptional, the team made all the difference. The Doorman Ted goes out of his way to be helpful and informative. Donna at the front desk was helpful and very accommodating (great room). Charlie at the bar and restaurant knew what I wanted and made it happen without having to ask. Felt like home away from home. ”

“There is food provided, so that’s a plus, although we had reservations for dinner and left before breakfast. The bed comfort was not as comfy as previous stays. Seems a little saggy, not firm as we remember from previous stays. Still a favorite of ours in the area.”

“Paul at the front desk was STELLAR! People like him deserve to be paid way more than they typically as re in the service industry. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was amazing. Even Beth at the front desk the following day was helpful. If you're looking for a clean hotel with wonderful staff and a great location, stay here.”

“The property is on a relatively quiet street near a state college and apartment complex. We enjoyed walking the college campus after Dinner and to see the full moon rise. Coffee and tea service is available 24/7 which is an added bonus as we tend to wake before they serve breakfast. Only 10 mins from the galleria and many other places to eat. ”

“We were very pleased with our stay. Bed and pillows ver, very comfortable!The only thing I would add is brighter lights in mirror areas and a door to separate sink from bedroom to control light and sound of hair dryer if someone was still sleeping. We will stay here again!”
