“Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. “The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square.
