“Amazingly good property for a family vacation.”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“Amazing location near Universal parks. Lots of food option near by. Nice pool ans hot tub. 2 king size was amazing. Includes microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes. Prefect as we were making our own breakfast every morning. ”
