“Staff were always there for help, if needed. Very friendly. Bathroom sink fixture was in desperate need of fixing. Room needs a safe and mini fridge, but otherwise very good. Breakfast was very good, and staff always had a pot of coffee ready for guests. Pool was perfect on a hot Costa Rica day. Would go back! Pura Vida!”

“The location was excellent and the room was very adequate. Exactly as described. We had a wonderful full breakfast provided to us each morning with coffee and juice, fresh fruit, and a full hot menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back the beach here was very nice for walking and watching the sunset but if you want a beautiful swimming beach, not far away is Playa Linda .”

“This hotel has a great beach location, with walking distance to most necessities. The breakfast had good options and always fresh. I cannot thank the concierge, Jason enough. He helped us out in so many ways. Including recovering lost baggage to booking excursions and transportation whenever we needed it. ”

“The hotel notes a caveat about the beach at high tide. The beach is littered with wood debris from the adjacent river such that the beach at high tide limited. And what there is of the beach is gravely.”

“This was our first time to Costa Rica. The Hona Beach Hotel was ideal for us. Great location, AC, cleaning service as needed, and breakfast each morning. the property manager, Yeison, was top notch. Friendly, relaxed and upbeat, and always professional. Always attended to our needs and followed through on everything. We highly recommend the hotel.”

“This house is in a great location if you want to easily drive to the beach (Playa Linda or Matapalo), Dominical, and Manuel Antonio. The house is set back from the highway with a lot of green space, which is great for dogs, though the neighbors’ dogs run free (and came by a couple of times to pee on our car!). The house was mainly as described, with comfortable enough furniture and plenty of space outside, including a carport, which was helpful during the inevitable downpours of rainy season.……

“The listed pictures doesn't do justice to this cabin. The property is super clean. It has huge decks on both floors with gorgeous view. There is an outdoor kitchen with all the basics for cooking a meal. The place is a little hard to find but our host Edward and Ruth met with us and led us to the cabin. We enjoyed being so close to the nature. ”
